Refund/Returns Policy

Do you wish to return a delivered item to us? When will you get paid back? We will walk you through everything. When will you receive a refund if you decide to return a product that you purchased after placing an order on eBariz.com or by phone? Here, we’ll go through in detail when you can return the goods and when you’ll get a refund.

  1. At eBariz, we will ensure that the handset (s) is in the same condition as when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.
  2. Enter your eBariz order number below
  3. Please make sure you have a backup of every piece of data on your phone before performing a factory reset and phone wipe. Remove all security codes as well because if your device is locked, we will not be processed.
  4. Please note that during busy periods this can take up to 48 hours with the following descriptions: We endeavour to process all refunds or contact you if there are any concerns on the same working day that a return is received (excluding UAE Bank holidays).
    • Your order has been returned to our shipping department.
    • When the package was offered, you rejected it.
    • You didn’t go to the collecting place to pick it up.
    • You sent your package back within the allowed window of time.
    • You have 15 days from the day of delivery to inform us if you want to return your order or a component of it. The parcel must be delivered back to our Shipping Center within 7 days of the item being purchased.
  5. We will credit your account after we have processed the credit card payment for your order.
  6. If your bank card has a deferred debit, your bank will credit you for the amount received as of the date specified in the contract terms act.
