  1. What if I need some help using the website?

The best way to shop at eBariz is to use the search bar at the top of our website. You can also search by brand and find the phone you are looking for. If you require any other type of help, read through all the FAQs on this page, and if you’re still unsure contact our customer services team at sales@ebariz.com or call us on +971555543310 or contact us via Live Chat.

  1. Do you only sell Mobile Phones?

At eBariz we sell pre-owned phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and accessories. We add new stock regularly so make sure you keep checking our website to see what we have.

  1. I can’t find a product on your website.

To search for the products on our website, we recommend using the search bar at the top of our website. You can also search by brand and find your item via each of our category options. If you still cannot find the product you are looking for, contact our customer services team at sales@ebariz.com, call us on +971555543310 or contact us via Live Chat.

  1. We can suggest requesting a gadget option?

Not currently. If the product you are looking for is temporarily out of stock, it will prevent you from adding the product to your basket.

However, if the product you are looking for is not currently in stock and you’re happy to wait for it to replenish, we can notify you as soon as the stock is back in. To do this, you must enter your email address and any additional comments in the box that appears below the listing.

  1. Do you have any discount codes?

All of our discount codes are communicated via marketing promotions so the best thing to do is to sign up for our newsletter and connect with our social platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Alternatively, our promotions are featured on our website and deals page, so it is worth checking our website regularly to grab yourself a bargain! We do not allow our customers to use more than one discount code for the same order.

  1. Can I come back to order at a later date(time)?

Yes, once you place your items in your basket, you can come back at a later time or date and your products will still be in your basket.

  1. What if I haven’t received any confirmation email?

Once you have placed an order, you will normally receive your email order confirmation instantaneously or at the very latest within a couple of minutes.  If you cannot find it, it is most likely to be located in your junk/spam. If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, it may be that your order has failed to process, or that the email address used on your order was incorrect.

  1. What payment method do you accept?

 We currently accept the following payment methods:

  1. Are my payments detail stored?

No, we do not store any payment details if you make a purchase on www.ebariz.com as all our payment transactions are handled securely by third-party providers.

  1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order by sending us your order number, which is found on your order confirmation email, which will have been sent immediately after you placed your order. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder.

  1. How long will my refund take to process?

Once your item has been received, we will usually process your refund within 48 hours but always within 4 working days, Monday to Friday, subject to your item meeting our terms and conditions. Please note that card payments may take between 1-7 working days to process if you have done an online payment.
