3. Claim Procedure
3.1 To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase along with the original device.
4. Repair or Replacement
4.1 We reserve the right to either repair or replace the device, at our discretion, with a product of equal or higher value.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Customers are responsible for shipping the device to our authorized service center.
5.2 We will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Voiding the Warranty
6.1 The warranty is void if the device is serviced or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
7. Software Modifications
7.1 Any unauthorized modifications to the device's software will void the warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the device and does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 Customers are responsible for backing up their data before sending the device for warranty service.
